1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is not yet available — but stay tuned.

 

2. How long does delivery take?

  • All Emirates: 2–3 business days

    You’ll get a notification once your order is out for delivery.

 

3. What are your delivery charges?

  • All Emirates: AED 25

     

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery — as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive a message or email with tracking information. If you need help, contact us at info@louklad.ae.

 

6. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is currently not available. We’re working on faster delivery options in the future.

 

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

 

8. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our items are limited edition and may not be restocked. However, essentials and bestsellers may return — follow us on Instagram @louklad.ae or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
