Delivery inside the United Arab Emirates.

We deliver inside the UAE through a courier company. You can choose to complete your payment through a credit/debit card, delivery fee will be AED 15.

Free shipping on minimum orders of AED 800

Handling time: 1-2 business days. Delivery: 1-3 business days via local courier.

Note:  Days mentioned are working days, therefore excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

 

NEED TO KNOW

All orders require a signature upon receipt and the courier will not deliver your package without a signature. Delays can also occur due to your unavailability to sign for your package

We cannot redirect any shipments once they leave our warehouses. So, please make sure that you, or someone authorized by you, are available at the address you specify in your order shipping details.

All shipments are insured by LoukLad until they reach your delivery address, and you -or your representative- sign for their receipt, which automatically transfers all responsibility for the package to you or your representative.

All purchases are charged as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) therefore the final purchase price will include shipping fees. 

Upon receipt of any package, you should check that it has not been tampered with or opened before signing.  In the case that the box was opened or is in poor condition, you have the right to inspect the contents of the box, and reconcile any differences to the invoice included within the package. You should not sign for the package noting any discrepancies with our shipper and inform us of this by email at

MISSED DELIVERY

If no one is available at your provided address at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you to schedule a re-delivery. Typically, up to two (2) delivery attempts will be made. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, your order may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply for resending the package. We recommend ensuring that either you or an authorized person is available at the delivery location during working hours to avoid delays and additional fees.
