Refund & Returns Policy

At Louk•Lad, every piece is crafted with precision and intention. We stand by the quality of our garments and aim to provide a smooth experience from order to wear. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be intact

  • The item must not be a limited, final sale, or discounted item

Please note: Accessories (socks, caps, etc.) and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order.


 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

We do not refund original shipping charges.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us
